amnkarn.comThis is my little corner of the internet. It's built to serve as a digital sandbox and a place to document my journey in software development.
I'm quite obviously a programmer. I code some random things when I feel like it. You can read more about me here!
Some quick facts:
AI & Intelligent Software
— AI is currently distracting me a lot. I’m exploring how AI tools, agents, and language models could eventually fit into the products I build, even though I’m not actively learning AI yet.
Virtual Machines & Runtimes
— I’m interested in how virtual machines, interpreters, bytecode, memory, isolation, and runtimes work underneath modern software.
Game Worlds & Online Communities
— Alterverse has also pulled me deeper into thinking about 2D worlds, online identity, social interaction, and how people connect through software.
Public Internet Presence
— I’m experimenting with better documentation, stronger project presentation, open-source activity, and building a more recognizable public profile.
☾ ViewGalaxies
— ViewGalaxies is a space visualization platform pairing an SEO-optimized Next.js knowledge base with a 3D WebGL observatory engine. Built on a shared monorepo, its mobile-first responsive framework ensures seamless continuity across all subdomains.
☾ Exchange
— A trading backend built to figure out how high-frequency systems work. Tied together with a custom matching engine, pub/sub architecture, message queues, and WebSockets.
☾ Alterverse
— A 2D social-world application designed to help people connect and interact inside a shared virtual space. I’m currently rebuilding the project, improving its foundation, interaction model, and overall experience.
☾ Excalidraw
— A real-time, collaborative whiteboard. Users can hop on and share drawings or architecture diagrams live.
☾ PrepAI
— An AI utility I built to automate interview prep. It generates tailored resumes, parses job descriptions, and fires off behavioral questions.
☾ Connectus
— A live peer-to-peer video calling application. I threw this together using Socket.io to handle real-time signaling and connections.
And couple of other projects:

Wow, check out what's on the left! It's my WebTiles tile!
WebTiles is a large grid of 250x250 tiles, on which you are able to create a tiny website, contained into the tile.
For my tile, I've decided to create a miniature of my website.
The coolest part about WebTiles is that it supports JS, so people can actually create cool interactive content on their tiles.
